Broome Community College is seeking a full-time Staff Assistant in the Admissions Office to perform a variety of professional activities to facilitate recruitment, selection and yield of diverse students. The Staff Assistant must have excellent oral and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a recruitment team marketing BCC in a variety of venues.

I have a two-family side-by-side home on the East Side of Binghamton and my current tenant is leaving in June. I would love to rent the house to BCC faculty or staff. The house has three nice sized bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Downstairs there is a pretty sunroom, living room, dining room, spacious kitchen and a back porch overlooking a babbling brook (that does not flood!). Half of the basement is yours with included washer and dryer. There is a nice sized yard with a slate patio for your use as well as two spaces for parking. The home is on a quiet dead end street with lots of trees. The rent is $900 plus utilities but this is negotiable if you are handy around the house and can do mowing and snow removal.
